what's in a name?
Syzygy refers to the alignment of elements in space, just as a solar eclipse is the alignment of multiple celestial elements. Similarly, SyzyGen means that we partner to generate the alignment of the critical elements of your business: purpose (why you are here), process (how you plan to make money), and people (your workforce). We measure whether or not you are in alignment and partner to design tools to get you back on track.
